B-Boosters B.V. (“B-Boosters,” “we,” “us”) operates b-boosters.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
B-Boosters is a specialised label within The Overview Effect Holding B.V., a sustainability and ESG consultancy based in Amsterdam. We guide companies through the B Corp certification process, from initial impact assessment through to certification.

3. What data we collect
Contact & inquiry Data: When you contact us by email or through a form on b-boosters.com, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to include. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Marketing communications: If you sign up to receive updates or marketing emails from us, we process your email address on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or by writing to marketing@b-boosters.com.
Website usage data: We collect standard technical data when you visit b-boosters.com: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, and referring URL. We use this data to keep the site running and to understand how people use it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We delete or anonymise data once it’s no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.

- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations;

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data to a reasonable standard.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email where we hold your address.
